How we handle personal information
PRIVACY POLICY
HiRozeN ("we") is a web design team run by student volunteers at Tokyo University of Science (not an officially recognized university organization). We handle the personal information you provide to us through inquiries and other means with care, as follows.
This is an English translation of our Japanese Privacy Policy. If there is any difference between the two, the Japanese version takes precedence.
1. Information we receive
- What you enter in the contact form (restaurant name, your name, email address, phone number, what you would like to ask about, and your message)
- What you send us by email or Instagram direct message
2. How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and contact you
- To review what you would like to discuss, and to prepare estimates and proposals
- To provide the website production, photography, and maintenance you request
We do not use it for any other purpose.
3. Sharing with third parties
Except where required by law, we never provide your personal information to third parties without your consent.
4. External services we use
This website uses the following external services. Please see each service's privacy policy for how they handle information.
- Web3Forms (sending the contact form)
- To deliver what you enter in the form to our email, your input passes through Web3Forms. (Web3Forms Privacy Policy)
- Google Fonts (displaying text)
- To display text clearly, we load fonts from Google's servers. At this time, information such as your IP address may be sent to Google. (Google Privacy Policy)
- Cloudflare (hosting this website)
- This website is published using Cloudflare's services, and access records (such as IP addresses) may remain on Cloudflare's servers. (Cloudflare Privacy Policy)
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (access analysis)
- To improve this website, we use Cloudflare's analytics service to count page views and browsing environments. We do not identify individual visitors from this aggregated information.
We do not use advertising.
5. Managing information
We manage the personal information we receive so that only our members can access it, and handle it carefully to prevent leaks or loss. We delete information once its purpose has been fulfilled.
6. Requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion
If you ask us to disclose, correct, or delete your personal information, we will respond after confirming your identity. Please contact us at the address below.
